Proximity to city and all transport is terrific. However, the property is tired. The attention to detail by the room attendants was lacking and in some cases bad. Our oven did not work and was filthy so too were the cooking trays etc. The minor details were the lack of sink plugs. But the reception staff were really good and most helpful. The accommodation also felt very safe having excellent security in place. Overall would stay again knowing about small details but staff made it and are a credit to the Oaks.
