Location of the property was what I liked the most. The room was very clean and have all what you need for a 2 nights stay. The only down point was a bit noisy at night from people at the street, we could hear them even at the 8 floor.

Nice and clean friendly staff. We got a free upgrade. Shopping carpark underneath which is discounted by Hyatt. So convenient right in the Queen Street Mall. Central to everything. We had stayed there a couple of times and will definitely staying there again
