We booked three rooms for six people and rang ahead to confirm bed arrangements, as instructed by the hotel. On arrival, staff said there was no record of the call and were unwilling to help, instead suggesting a $40 roll-away bed.
After returning from a concert, we discovered the rooms were allocated incorrectly and had to swap them ourselves. Key cards were not updated, resulting in one guest being locked out for nearly an hour late at night, with staff showing little urgency or care.
Bathrooms were tiny and not very clean, breakfast service was unfriendly, and coffee was poor.
Overall, a very disappointing stay due to poor communication and customer service. Would not return.
