As a family travelling with a toddler, we expected a basic level of hospitality and property maintenance. Instead, we have encountered highly impractical policies and maintenance faults. Firstly, we were provided with only three days' worth of starter supplies (bin liners and dishwashing products). When we requested a replenishment for our remaining four days, we were informed that company policy requires guests to purchase these themselves. Given that we are cooking daily for a young child, three small sachets are insufficient. Moreover, supermarkets do not sell one-week portions, and your policy strictly forbids leaving purchased items behind. As we are travelling with limited luggage capacity, expecting us to purchase full-sized cleaning products and fly back with them is unreasonable.By comparison, a competitor we stayed with recently for a similar rate proactively replenished supplies and provided a mid-week clean. Offering a clean only for an additional 238 while denying basic consumable top-ups feels like a poor cost-cutting decision that lacks standard hospitality consideration.Secondly, there are maintenance and hygiene issues requiring immediate attention: Leaking Toilet: The toilet in the apartment is leaking, which is unhygienic and a structural concern.Faulty Vacuum: The handheld vacuum cleaner does not work, why leave a non functioning machine behind. Without adequate supplies or working equipment, maintaining cleanliness is needlessly difficult.
