Off street parking was beneficial. The room was clean and tidy. Great location to pub and the kangaroo point cliffs. Short walk to the city. Staff were lovely.

I had 3 wasps 5 coach roaches come into the room, to prevent this a seal around the door entry frame with mitigate any further pests. Also the hinges are come off the door and I had to lift the door upwards in order to lock it. For room #16

The room was nicely renovated (looked exactly like the pictures online), exceptionally clean and the free easy parking was convenient too. The man who checked me in (didn't catch his name!) was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The bed was also very comfortable. The only downside is, it is on a main road near the Pineapple Hotel so can be a bit noisy at all hours. Having said that, it is the first motel I've stayed at where I haven't been woken by people slamming their room doors closed first thing in the morning. I would stay again should I be in the area.

Pay that bit extra and stay elsewhere

Terrible stay we got in late self check in , Staying on 1st floor which was fine until we see the railing with a 2.5 year old he could easily climb the 3 rungs and fall off balcony Once we’re in the room toddler could easily unlock and open the door the handle is very low so we ended up barricading the door with chairs When we pulled the quilt back to get into bed looked as if a dog or a very hairy European had lost half their hair in the bed for that amount of hair the sheets must of been slept in disgusted we put pjs on and went to sleep didn’t have energy to ring after hours number Got to sleep only to be woken up multiple times by loud groups of people coming back to motel banging clanging talking really loud at all hours of the night

Don’t judge a book by its cover

We had booked for 3 adults, but our plans changed and only 2 could make the trip. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a beautiful modern room. The room was so beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend to others, and we will stay here again.
