Overall nice accomidation on the outside of Brisbane when we first got there was a strong smeel in the bathroom but this pasted quickly area is close to the airport and easy enougth to get to the city etc staff friendly

The Brisbane International is, from observations in my recent stay, is undergoing a makeover. I would recommend staying here as this is one of the few remaining traditional stays where you can dine, drink, swim and play. I would stay here again.

We arrived at 2 am in the morning wanting a good quite room and a sleep in and staying for 4 days, there was a car parked in front of our room which woke us up putting there luggage in and leaving at 6am and then tree loppers started cutting down trees and mulching them at 7:00am (Definitely not something you want to hear after getting in at 2am). The tv did not work, they changed our room, every time we would go out someone would park in our parking spot and wake us early in the morning leaving. I would not recommend this place for anyone to stay, mainly if they wanted rest. One improvement would be to better plan maintenance tasks in with room allocations and have designated parking for rooms.

The customer service was great. It was busy due to Ricky Martin concert. Breakfast was yummy & had gluten free options. Pool was a perfect temperature. Rooms very clean. It would have been good to know they had there private bus take to & from the concert. Though overall I would stay there again, it was quieter then I expected, as it’s near a main road.
