Beware! We booked and FULLY PAID just over 3 months in advance. After trying to contact the host 6 days before our arrival, he finally contacted me 2 days before check in, trying to get me to re-book using an outside link (claiming they are getting away from VRBO even though the listing was and is still showing.) Even though he said he would refund us, the fact is that the money is not instant and we were traveling internationally and he pulled this 2 days before check-in. Needless to say he canceled us with VRBO and we had to scramble to find a new rental for the 6 of us over Easter weekend while our refund sat in limbo. Dirty business!

Lovely house - very spacious, great location for exploring Brisbane, top quality furnishings and very well equipped. Would highly recommend this accommodation. Only downside was the over reliance on everything being digital with limited instructions. Overall though, a wonderful place to stay.
