Two single beds were requested for children. Management said request on availability which is fine. When we arrived, the main bedroom with ensuite and walk in attached was made up as the singles. This room was not appropriate for children. I had to physically undo and remake all beds to accommodate.
The body wash soap in the ensuite was not filled and only two face washes were supplied for a 4 person apartment.
Roll blinds, although block out in the bedrooms, do let quite a large amount of street light in. Apartments across the street keep lights on all night so lit up the rooms.
The floors were not cleaned well and felt and looked grubby. I found a vacuum in the cupboard which I proceeded to clean the floors however the vacuum had hardly any suck to clean properly.
A disappointing stay but close enough to where we needed to be. Check in was streamline. I’m sure some of our issues could have been rectified by management if alerted.
