Reception Staff very nice and helpful. Cleanliness of Rooms Thick dust on Fridge. Also, all my Food froze in the Fridge. Very annoying with Vegetables. Moved 2-Seater Sova so my Wife could look at TV without turning her Neck. Amazing what we found under Sofa. You wouldn't like to know, lifted up Corner of Carpet, someone swiped all the rubbish under nice it. The little food cover on the bed ,full of stains. This time it was quieter and more relaxing at Nighttime, so we had a few days of good sleep. A couple more Rubish Bags wouldn't go astray! No Complaint about Staff, very professional and with a good sense of humor. Parking so tied. As a handicap Person very difficult C to exit Car.

The reception staff were lovely. The apartment was super spacious. Couldn’t give 5 stars as the soundproofing is pretty terrible so if you’re a light sleeper, this place may not be for you. But it’s located super conveniently to the hospital and disabled access which is what we booked for.

I was stayed in level 4 in the building very noisy at night, uncomfortable mattress and staff were unfriendly. Good thing only The location is close to the city, drive 12 minutes but no parking available. Not look really safe. Would not comeback.
