Two night stay. The early check-in was great thank you. Unfortunately inconsiderate guest smoking in non smoking venue spoilt the stay one night. Bathroom tap needed maintenance to stop dripping and wasting water. Communication about on site parking was confusing. We booked prior to arrival then received notice it was booked out but on arrival all was ok!!

Suite was squeaky clean but dated. Friendly staff. It’s great that all the room are away from the lifts but unfortunately I could hear noises from other rooms and perhaps maintenance staff as I was beside the electrical & some other amenity cupboard/ room. The bed room is back from the street (living area by the street window, so that was good as I didn’t hear the traffic and that’s a busy street. Check in and check out seamless. Just needs some updating and style added to the rooms as they’re very ‘basic’.
