Guest Access:
Guest access for whole place bookings is through two alternative keyed entries. For bottom floor only, the top floor will be locked. Access is provided through access to a lock box and key system.

The availability of public transport in the area is limited, but we've got you covered with convenient alternatives. Many sports clubs offer a mini van service for pick-up and drop-off, making transportation to and from the venue a breeze. Additionally, airport transfers are also available through these services. However, we highly recommend traveling by your own transport for the utmost flexibility and convenience during your stay.

As you make your way to our retreat, you'll be welcomed by a sealed 0.5km long driveway. To ensure safety and a smooth drive, water direction humps are placed along the driveway, prompting drivers to reduce their speed.

Parking is never a hassle at our retreat. Ample parking spaces are conveniently located right next to the building, making it easy for guests to access the premises.

We take accessibility seriously and want to ensure everyone can enjoy their stay comfortably. For wheelchair access, drivers can park directly in the building, eliminating the need for ramps, stairs, or any other obstacles. The entire ground floor is designed to be easily accessible, providing a hassle-free experience for all our guests.

Other Things to Note:
At Winston Wallabies Urban Getaway, we prioritize your comfort and convenience. Our building is thoughtfully designed with heavy insulation, focusing on natural air flow, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms to ensure a pleasant stay. While reverse cycle air conditioning (and heating) is available, you'll find that it's rarely necessary due to our excellent ventilation and climate.

Our bathrooms are designed to cater to different needs. Both bathrooms feature flat bed showers for easy accessibility. The first bathroom is equipped with handrails and a shower chair, offering added support for guests with mobility issues. For those requiring fully compliant disabled facilities, our second bathroom meets all accessibility standards, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for everyone.

Interaction with Guests:
On the whole we offer a self check in process. However we are often on site as we reside in another residence. We aim to provide you with the perfect balance of privacy and support.
