Welling Ski Trip

Amazing place to stay short drive from Winterberg and Welling. The host and house is livery very well stocked kitchen. Has everything one needs for a break from busy city life with friends and family.

Mooi huis met wat achterstallig onderhoud:- bad wat niet goed leeg loopt- lekkage onder wc- ab van tv werkt niet- versleten tuin meubilair- schimmel op paar muren- oude zeil vloerbedekking bovenBlijkbaar doet eigenaar er niets aan.Verder toch wel een fijn huis voor grotere groep ( max 14 )3 douches, 3 wc's, infra rood sauna, poolbiljart, terras met houtkachel, grote oprit voor motorren ( 10 ) of auto's

Ideal für 10-12 Personen

Die große Esswohnzimmerküche mit dem langen Tisch ist prima für eine größere Familie geeignet! Auch die Kellerbar mit ausreichenden Hockern, Kühlschrank und Poolbillard ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wie auch die obere Etage mit den Schlafzimmern. Die Bäder wurden modernisiert. Die Aussenanlage braucht eine Verschönerung an den Rändern. Ein paar kleinere Mängel wurden dem Vermieter direkt mitgeteilt. Insgesamt ist das Objekt empfehlenswert.

Super tolles Wochenende

Ein ganz toller Urlaub mit Freunden und Familie. Alles verlief reibungslose. Gabi, die Dame von der man empfangen wird, war super nett. Tolle Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert für große Gruppen! Preis Leistung super. Der eingezäunte Garten war perfekt für die Kids!

Familienurlaub

Die Räumlichkeiten waren von der Aufteilung her ganz in Ordnung. Bei der Sauberkeit ist es dann schon anders. Schaut lieber nicht unter die Sofas. In den Fensterrahmen sieht es auch nicht besser aus. Beim Besteck haben wir lieber "Nachgebessert" und selber noch einmal gespült. Dann noch etwas für den Vermieter: das Haus immer wieder auskühlen lassen und dann von den Mietern durchheizen zu lassen ist absolut nich okay. Die Nebenkostenabrechnung ist überhöht! 1,75 je Liter!Weil sich der Heizkörperregler in einem Schlafzimmer nicht einstellen lies (und auf * stand) war es dort halt "KALT"! Im oberen Badezimmer war es ebenfalls "KALT" weil wohl Luft im Heizkörper war. Einen Hausmeister gibt es laut Frau Geli ja nicht. Sie hat uns wenigstens noch mit ein wenig Streusalz versorgt, worüber sich der Vermieter auch keinen Kopft macht. Wer räumt vorm Haus bzw. die Treppen und Einfahrt.Der Ferseher funktioniert auch nicht gut. Bilder hätte ich gerne angehängt.

Wir waren als Gruppe mit 8 Personen da. Was uns segr gzt gefallen hat war die ruhige Lage, große Küche modern eingerichtete Bäder. Die Sauna, der Partyraum mit Billard und Bar waren für unsere Zwecke ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.unser zwecke genügendwa

Wir waren 14 Freunde, full House. Der Keller ist größer als er auf en Bildern aussieht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und trotz erlaubter Haustiere, kamen unsere Allergiker gut bis sehr gut. Die Verwalterin war sehr kulant und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem hatten wir einen fantastischen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder
