Good access to all areas of Brighton. Loads of bars and restaurants and walking distance to the Lanes. Parking was a bit of a nightmare but same as any big city.

Room was lovely and clean on arrival. En Suite was spotless and i couldnt fault the stay. Bed was very comfy and the mini fridge was handy. I will be using this place again. I enjoyed my holiday. 5*** - I fixed the mini fridge, there was a lot of dust build up on the fan behind it. I recommend giving it a hoover on the back fan.

Situated in a row of similar properties access to building and room was same key pad code so no staff required to manage arrival. Room and entrance recently refurbished to a high standard perfect for the overnight stay we had. If we’re to have a problem not sure who or how we would have contacted anyone for assistance maybe their were other details somewhere this could be the only thing to improve.

The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated and peaceful. It was spotlessly clean and I was glad to have a kettle and teabags provided. The guest house is a short distance from the seafront and is a good location to walk into the centre of Brighton. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

This is a really great place to stay and in a great position. Newly renovated and very comfortable, great beds and good shower room. Very easy to get into the property using codes provided. Excellent value and close to the lanes and beaches. Great stay.
