The bedroom features a luxurious Super-King bed, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Brighton. The living area has a comfortable double sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for up to two guests.

The open-plan living area is bright and spacious, with comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a dining area where you can enjoy meals together. Large windows make the most of the natural light and offer lovely city views.

Working remotely? The apartment has two dedicated workspaces, giving you the flexibility to work comfortably during your stay.

Strong WiFi is available throughout the property, making it easy to work, stream or stay connected.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and a full range of cooking utensils.

Tea, coffee, biscuits and milk are provided for your arrival, along with hotel-style toiletries for your convenience.

The Smart TV gives you access to popular streaming services including Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube, so you can relax with your favourite shows after a busy day.

One free private off-street parking space is available and is marked M.

The space can accommodate a longer vehicle, including a van or camper van, making it particularly useful if you’re travelling with a larger vehicle.

Dog Policy
We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs per stay, at a charge of £20 per pet. Dogs must be supervised and kept under control at all times.

Please clean up after your dog and dispose of waste properly. Dogs are not permitted on beds, sofas or other furniture, so please bring your own pet bedding. We also ask that dogs do not cause damage to the property and that barking or other noise is kept to a minimum.

Any damage or additional cleaning caused by pets may result in an additional charge.

Our friendly local team is on hand to help throughout your stay. We’re available to answer any questions, offer local recommendations and assist if you need anything during your visit, while giving you the privacy to enjoy your stay.

Guests have full private access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, including the bedroom, open-plan living area, kitchen and bathroom.

One private off-street parking space is also available, marked M. The space can accommodate longer vehicles such as vans or camper vans.

You’ll receive full check-in instructions after your booking, including everything you need to access the property and get settled in.

Check-in is available after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Please do not check in early or check out late without prior permission, as this can disrupt our cleaner’s schedule and may result in a £30 charge.

Travel Cot & High Chair
A travel cot and high chair are available on request, subject to availability. The travel cot costs £15 and the high chair costs £10. Please pay for these at the time of booking, with payment received at least 24 hours before check-in. The travel cot includes a thick, breathable, anti-allergenic mattress suitable for Red Kite Travel Cots and Graco models (93 x 64 x 6 cm), although guests should bring their own cot bedding as linen is not provided. If you use the high chair, please return it clean at the end of your stay.

The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a gated private parking space and a secure gated bike shed. Self check-in and check-out make arrival and departure simple, while the property is professionally cleaned before every stay with fresh, high-thread-count white linen and fluffy towels provided.

The spacious living and dining area is a comfortable place to relax or spend time together, while the modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen provide everything you need for your stay. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property, making it ideal for streaming, working remotely or staying connected.

The entire property is private, with no shared spaces. Preferential rates may also be available for extended stays and repeat bookings.

Please be mindful of barking and other noise, particularly during the evening and early morning, and address any excessive noise promptly.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
