Great location - very close proximity to Brighton Pier and all the shops/cafes/restaurants in Brighton City Centre. I also like the feel inside the place and would say the rooms are comfy & generally of good quality for an affordable price. Will stay again when back in Brighton.

It was clean but very very basic . The pictures on the website are not the real thing. The walls are paper thin . The sink in the room is tiny . Plus points : it’s clean . The shared bathroom was also very clean. The walk to the attic rooms is up a very very lot of stairs
