It was my first time spending the night in Brighton, and I needed a double room for my wife and me after a live show we had booked. We both feel lucky that we found this small gem near the beachfront. While the room is not the most spacious, it has a very nice, cosy king-size bed. The room was clean, and tea and water were offered. Also, mind that our room had a small fridge for any needs. The staff were super friendly and assisted with any questions. If you look for a nice, small family-owned inn near the beachfront, it's totally recommended!

The room, bathroom, and bedding were all very clean and well maintained. The overall cleanliness of the accommodation was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in. The only downside was that the seagulls were quite noisy during the night, which made it a little difficult to sleep. However, this was not the accommodation’s fault. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

Great stay. Really lovely staff. Excellent value for money. Booked a last minute stay and all went really smoothly. Would stay again and recommend. Basic but everything you need. Would have been great to have more teabags. Booked for two people, but only got 1 teabag

The staff were very welcoming & helpful. Had to pay extra for en-suite as my room had a separate bathroom down a flight of stairs, impossible for frequent toilet trips in the night. The room was clean & bed comfortable but very noisy due to heavy doors banging & people above walking around all night. The tv was tiny & very high up so not easy to watch.

Although this room was described as a double, there was only room for 1 person, imo. There was no room to walk around the bed and no where to put luggage, so I had to leave my suitcase on the bed. There is no front desk. Everything is done with a phone call. Luckily I had bought a SIM card, although I wasn't really planning on it since I was only in the UK for 4 days. The staff were lovely.

Room was really clean with comfortable beds, quite small room but that doesn’t bother me. The ladies were really welcoming and guided us to places to see and eat at. Great value for money. Very near the sea. About 20 mins walk from train station.
