It was our first trip to Brighton, and we had a lovely room with beautiful views of the sea. It was convenient to everything so we were able to walk all around Brighton. The room had everything we needed and staff was friendly and always willing to help. We highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was spotless and although it was a little dated it was very comfortable . The bathroom was refurbished, looked great and was also spotless. We had lots of clean fresh towels. Will definitely visit again.

Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell. Det är ett gammalt hus och designen är lite omodern. Hissen är väldigt långsam. Men det är extremt rent och fräscht. Personalen väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten vällagad och god. Eftersom det är ett relativt litet hotell känns det ostressat och hemtrevligt. Jag bodde här under en längre vistelse och har en väldigt positiv upplevelse av hotellet. Enda minus var utsikten, allt jag såg från mina fönster var väggar och tak. Bortsett från det var allt bara plus.

Very friendly l was in the room 220 and l loved it. The room was clean and smells fresh . And about breakfast the staff were amazing. I was sceptical when l read the comments and the reviews but l am very happy that l booked the this specific time.

Not impressed.

Reception and ground floor area very nice, welcoming and staff friendly. Room needs updating. Windows may as well be open as you can hear so clearly everything outside which isn't great considering it's a lively town, seagulls and traffic in the morning. Blinds need to be better to block out light. Breakfast was shocking. Paid £25 for my daughter and me and looked forward to a full English. No hot food apart from some strands of bacon and rubber looking scrambled egg. Hardly a full English. Just a 'sorry no' when I asked about sausages.

Great hotel! I was a bit skeptical about staying here at first, but I’m very pleased I chose it for my trip to Brighton. I stayed in a single suite, which was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location is excellent—it’s not too far from the shopping center, and the beach is literally just a stone’s throw away.
