    Friendly staff, room was clean but very small - didn’t look anything like the photos - was okay just for one night though. The headboards/shelves behind our beds were annoying as they were very loose and made a noise every time we moved on the bed. Bathroom was clean though shower head had limescale on it. A bit of TLC and sprucing up a bit would make this place great and its location is excellent. Would most probably stop here again.

    It was a staff-free series of rooms in a popular part of town, all entry done via door codes sent via messages. It saved a few quid in what is a ridiculously priced city for accommodation. Can be noisy at night with revellers nearby. Good location

    “You get what you pay for?”, not really in this case. The room was tiny, an uncomfortable single mattress, very basic and dated facilities, but with Brighton being very busy the weekend of my stay it was more about”supply and demand”. I get it, but don’t expect a good review when you pay over £200 for the privilege!
