Liam at the reception (and others ofc) is always welcoming and friendly, the room is spacious, the bed comfy, and the water pressure good. The breakfast is no frills, but hits the spot. Will be coming back.

Overnight stay

Expensive for a basic, dated and noisy room, poor breakfast selection, no facilities and the nearby parking is expensive although the hotel location is excellent.

Staff very friendly and professional. Easy to check in and come and go during your visit. No air conditioning in the rooms. Noisy fridge in one room however not so bad when I stayed previously in another room. Also this room had a very old mattress which was not comfortable. Banksy style decor is interesting but not ideal for a sleeping area. Handy lounge type area near reception. Some noise at night but not too bad, rooms seem quite sound proofed overall.

Nice location between Brighton and Hove. Rooms bright and reasonably clean although soap/shower dispensers were empty and never topped up. Breakfast was ok. Staff always friendly and helpful.
