Lovely hosts at a great spot in the centre of Brighton! Walkable distance to the beach and town centre, loads of great restaurants and pubs nearby. The breakfast was freshly cooked every morning and great, they were also very accommodating with dietary requirements.

Had a wonderful stay at The Brightonwave. The location was central, yet on a side street, so it was nice and quiet at night. Simon and Richard were absolutely wonderful; they were friendly, attentive and very accessible. The property was clean, and my room was very comfortable. Breakfast was made to order, and was delicious. I absolutely recommend staying here, and hope to again.

Room was spotless, Richard was a lovely host, bed was very comfortable but pillow a little firm for me, but that’s just a personal thing, breakfast was superb. Would definitely recommend. The only negatives, for me anyway, was jacuzzi bath was extremely noisy and there was no decaf tea in the room (though there was at breakfast).
