Absolutely disgusting. Filthy. I wish I could attach pictures. You are also greeting with a room on the bottom floor with bunk beds where apparently all the people who work there are crammed into. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I booked a room for my daughter and her friend to stay over the weekend. The Hotel said they misplaced her key and couldnt clean her room. She had to stay in a dirty room with dirty sheets full pubic hair and a filthy shower. When I called to complain the reception 'Mike' his name was extremely rude and didnt understand what the meaning of customer service. It might be cleaner to sleep on a beach or under a bridge than stay in this hotel.

Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, my only real complaint would be about the other residents. Not one showed consideration for anyone else, and thumped their way up the stairs and then slammed their room doors. This occurred at all hours, and found it very irritating.
