To follow on from my last review, I have just received an email stating they want me to pay to replace the broken key which I reported on my arrival. Avoid this property.

This place has so much potential. Upon arrival we discovered that the patio doors to the rear garden and hot tub had a broken key in the lock, so were unable to get out. We then discovered that the heating did not work. I contacted Hotels.com immediately and received a reply that the door would be attended to on Friday (we arrived on Monday and checked out on Friday! ) No mention of the heating. There was no plug for the basin in the bathroom. The chain for the plug in the bath was broke. The curtains on the patio doors were missing fixings so looked as if they had been thrown into position. The toaster has 4 slots but only 2 work. There was a dirty cloth left on the dining table. The blind in the bedroom did not work. One of the towels was stained with what looked like make up. As I said, this place has so much potential but is in need of a little basic DIY. Was it worth what we were charged ? Definitely not. Would I return? Definitely not.
