Blue Opal Retreat is a delightful coastal retreat (with hot tub) situated near the beach and golf course in Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire. Blue Opal Retreat is a NEW build property with access to communal play ground and football pitch.

With off-road parking for two cars (EV charger at additional cost), an enclosed garden, LARGE HOT TUB (additional cost) and welcoming two well-behaved dogs, this charming home is perfect for families or couples seeking a seaside escape filled with relaxation and adventure.

Upon entering the property, you'll be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Here, you can gather around the dining table and enjoy home-cooked meals, sharing stories of the day's adventures.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the large sitting room offers an inviting space to unwind, featuring a Large Smart TV and lovely large sofa - perfect for those lazy evenings in.

French doors lead out to the enclosed garden, where you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining on the patio, complete with furniture and a brick barbecue (bring disposables) for those warm summer evenings.

For an extra fee (the hot tub is not included in the rental price) you can use the amazing hot tub - enjoy a long soak after a day on the beach - relax under the stars or under the all weather cover!

Hot Tub Notes
-The fee for the hot tub is based on a short stay of 3 or 4 nights.
-This must be booked in advance - we may not be able to accommodate this at short notice (
-For stays of 7 nights or more you will need to select TWO hot tub bookings otherwise the hot tub will only be available for the first 3 or 4 nights. This is to cover the additional costs of changing the water and in effect having to provide 2 hot tub services for the duration of the stay.
-The hot tub is not available on stays of less than 3 nights
-It is usually only available for arrival / provision on a Friday or Monday.
-At certain times of the year - mainly XMAS then the hot tub may not be available on Mondays or Fridays and we will advise you of seasonal variations.

Upstairs, the double bedroom benefits from a SMART TV, an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, offering a private space to freshen up.

There is a further double room, complete with SMART TV

There is also a cosy twin bedroom with full size single beds (bunk style)

A family bathroom, featuring a bath with a shower-over, serves these rooms along with a handy cloakroom which completes the interior of this charming coastal retreat.
