The apartment is cute and cozy, but we had some issues with it. The oven didn't work. We found a pot in the oven that still had grease in it. We couldn't prop the window open so when we cooked (on the range) it got very smokey. The drawers had leftover trash & dirty linens from the last occupant - we didn't use them. One of the decorative pillows smelled like an armpit. Everything was extremely dusty and there was a lot of pet hair left behind. We appreciated the neighboring tenants fixing the window for us - they were very friendly and helpful. If we'd been made aware of the oven not working and the place had been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, we would have had a much more comfortable stay.

Ricardo’s place was perfect for our needs! A small, clean and cozy place, not far from our daytime destination, the apartment offers all the basics - kitchenette, nice bathroom and modern shower, a comfy Queen Size bed, and even some snacks and essentials for a comfortable stay. The area has some restraunts and bars nearby too, though we were happy to stay in and watch some Netflix. I would highly recommend this apartment to a friend, and Ricardo has been a pleasure. Thanks so much!
