The space
Our spacious, all-white home features 20-foot ceilings and large windows throughout, providing you with unobstructed views of the serene lagoon. The stylish and modern artwork adds a touch of sophistication to the bright and airy living spaces. The open-plan living room features a cozy fireplace and a 65-inch TV for your entertainment.

The large, gourmet kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave, as well as an array of cooking utensils for your convenience. Enjoy a meal in the elegant dining room, furnished with high-end Restoration Hardware pieces.

Step outside onto the expansive wraparound deck and immerse yourself in the beauty of the lagoon. Relax by the pool, dine al fresco in the picnic area, or simply marvel at the spectacular lighting display put on by the neighboring properties. For an added touch of luxury, our property also features a fully glass-enclosed sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for enjoying the waterfront views in any weather.

This listing includes the main house, which offers a one bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed dressed in high-quality linens and blankets. Rest assured that all the interior spaces and amenities pictured in the listing are exclusively for your private use – once you enter your unit, no other guests will have access to your indoor spaces. We also have a 2 bedroom listing that can accommodate up to four persons and a 3 bedroom listing for up to 16 pax.

Each unit can accommodate a maximum of two guests, and no additional visitors or friends are allowed. This ensures a peaceful and exclusive experience for all our guests.

Although the bathroom in the main house has not yet been renovated, it remains functional and well-maintained. For your convenience, we also provide an iron, hairdryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and a selection of card games like Uno.

Our home is conveniently located between Point Pleasant Beach and Seaside Beach, both of which are just a 15-20 minute drive away. Enjoy the lively atmosphere and entertainment at the boardwalks, or simply unwind in the tranquility of our waterfront retreat.
