Wonderful location and stay for our family. First floor access was great for loading/unloading and my son loved the hill out back for sledding. We come to Brian Head every year and we will definitely be returning to this gem!

Pros: Great quiet location near Giant Steps. Property was perfect size for us and our dog. Parking was easy and plentiful. Beds were comfortable, though they are on the softer side so keep that in mind if you’re used to a firm mattress. Only hiccups were several bags of dog doo left on the outside patio by the previous guests (a bit of a bad impression out of the gate) and could not reach the host after check-in to receive the code for the hot tub/sauna area. Did receive the code on day 2. Be sure and request the spa door code prior to arrival so you’re not locked out on Day 1.

This was the perfect weekend spot to stay for our trip. The condo was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the hot tub was down for repairs, but everything else was great and I'd absolutely stay again.
