Chilton Lane was the perfect choice for my wife and our two young adult sons. We have not been to the Cape in five years and knew we had outgrown the smaller hotel style rooms. The condo is spacious, CLEAN, and quiet. We were able to spread out, relax and cook most of our meals. Do not underestimate the time and cost savings of being able to cook! We will definitely be back and will bring our golf clubs next time! Don’t get me started on how amazing the course looks!

We had a wonderful stay in Brewster! The condo was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, including a dishwasher. All the dishes and appliances seemed new. The living room also included lots of cozy touches that made the place feel like home for the week. It was also nice to have separate bathrooms for the two bedrooms. It was the perfect setup for our family getaway! My kids also enjoyed having lunch on the small patio each morning. This condo is on the first floor, but seemed well insulated from the neighbors above - we hardly heard them. We didn't take advantage of the community amenities, but enjoyed the walking/biking trails. The host was also super helpful and provided all the information before we arrived. Highly recommend!
