❗ No propane, charcoal grills, or open flames permitted within 10 feet of the building
❗ Please take off shoes at the entrance
❗ Please leave the home in the same condition you find it (return furniture to its original spot).
If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a fee of $500 to cover damages.
Please Note: This home is located in a peaceful, family-friendly resort community where guests and residents come to enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. This is not a suitable setting for parties or groups seeking a loud or boisterous atmosphere. All association rules must be strictly observed.
