Located in Brétignolles-sur-Mer, this large single-storey house for 8 people welcomes you in a quiet residential area, 500 metres from Parée beach and 2 km from the town centre. With its large enclosed garden and 30 m² terrace equipped with a barbecue, it is ideal for moments of relaxation after a day enjoying the beaches, surfing spots or coastal paths. You can explore the Vendée Corniche, enjoy the local market or discover Vendée's heritage. A perfect base for rejuvenating seaside holidays.



Open the gate, discover the fully equipped terrace and cross the front door to access a vast, bright living space of over 40 m². The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to cook. For your breakfasts, a kettle and two coffee makers (filter and Nespresso) are at your disposal. You can gather around an extending dining table that can accommodate up to 8 guests for your meals. The lounge consists of two distinct areas: a TV corner with sofa and coffee table, as well as a second relaxation area with a sofa, two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. Ideal for enjoyable moments with family or friends.



The night space comprises three bedrooms. The first, accessible via the garage, offers access to a small private garden and has a double bed (140x200 cm). The second, accessible via the pantry corridor, is also equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm). Finally, the third is a dormitory perfect for children, with two bunk beds accommodating up to 4 people.



The accommodation includes two bathrooms with shower and two independent toilets (one of which is accessible only via the garage). For added comfort, a washing machine and a second fridge are available in the pantry.
