House in a quiet hamlet with bike access to the beach and the town centre of BRETIGNOLLES SUR MER in 5 minutes. Two bedrooms and the kitchen overlook an enclosed garden (with garden furniture area, barbecue, lawn and car parking). The kitchen is fully equipped, adjoining a master bedroom with shower room and WC.
The 3rd bedroom on the first floor opens onto a pleasant courtyard. A room serves as an office with a closed linen room next to it, From the office, you access the first floor on the courtyard side, to a 4th bedroom with shower room and dressing area.
Deck chairs and other facilities are available for your comfort. From here, you can get to St Gilles Croix de Vie by car in 10 minutes but also by bike via a cycle path. Brétignolles has a market on Thursdays and Sundays, a cinema, restaurants, bars and shops with friendly traders. You will also find everything you need at the Super U just a few minutes from the house.

A beautiful house which offered everything we needed for a very relaxing holiday. Caroline and Arnauld were very friendly hosts who welcomed us warmly.The house is well equipped and nicely decorated with a lot of beautiful details.Bretignolles-sur-mer ist a lively coastal town with nice beaches and we really enjoyed the time here and also with trips to Nantes, going to Montagne-sur-Sevre (train vapeur), St-Julien-des-Landes (Parc Le grand defi - a lot of fun) or Commequiers (Velorail).We'd love to come back.

Nous avons passés des bonnes vacances qui ont commencé par l'accueil très chaleureux d'Arnaud et Caroline. Iks sont très presents et répondent à toutes les questions. Leur maison est très bien équipée même mieux qud ma maison principale au niveau de l'équipement de la cuisine, la maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, tous les détails d'aménagement sont bien pensés pour passer un bon séjour. Une terrasse derrière de la maison avec le local des vélos 5 vélos) à disposition est un vrai plus ainsi que un jardin avec un barbecue. Nous avons fait des randonnées et des multiples balades à vélos. La plage est proche avec un lac sur le chemin et un musée de miniature de Vendée pour faire la connaissance avec cette belle région. Les marchés nocturnes et les marchés de la semaine, les brocantes,les activités nautiques, le karting ainsi que les parc comme le Grand défi est pas loin de la maison qui permettent aux enfants de s'amuser à fond. Le voisinage est tres sympathique qui peuvent vous donner des conseils des sorties et des visites. J'arrête de complelenter ce logement et ce lieu car il y aura un grand risque de ne plus avoir cette maison disponible pour l'année prochaine ( je plaisante ). En tout cas n'hésitez pad à réserver ce logement et bonnes vacances à vous tous.
