It is a large traditional family house that we offer you in Brétignolles-sur-Mer, on the lovely Vendée coast. With its large enclosed garden and 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people, it is ideal for holidays with your loved ones. Its ground floor layout makes it convenient and safe, and its large flat garden will be perfect for football matches.



The kitchen is open to the living area. It is very well equipped and even has culinary aid appliances that are not always found in holiday rentals. You will therefore have at your disposal, to prepare good little dishes, a gas and electric hob, an oven, a microwave, as well as a multi-function food processor, a blender and a mixer/whisk. There is also a refrigerator (a second one is also in the garage), a freezer and a dishwasher. And for breakfast, a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.



The configuration with a bar overlooking the dining room makes this kitchen particularly convivial.

In the dining area, you can gather around a large wooden table. With its traditional furniture, one feels in a warm atmosphere, reminiscent of Sundays with family. It will also be ideal for gathering around one of the board games made available to you. The living space ends with a lounge, with a large leather corner sofa and an armchair that invite relaxation or watching a good film. (the fireplace is decorative and non-functional)



For sleeping, the house has 4 bright bedrooms, all with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a shower as well as a washbasin. The toilet is separate.



Resolutely equipped for families, the house offers a baby bed, high chair, bathtub and standing baby seat for toddlers. Board games are also available.

A large garden and a beautiful terrace behind the house will be the ideal place for delicious barbecues.

For added comfort, you can park two vehicles on the plot and have access to a washing machine.
