It features a large open-plan living/dining room with a dining area (table, chairs, sideboard) and a relaxation area (sofa, armchairs, coffee table, and TV), and a fully equipped American-style kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.).

Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140cm) with wardrobe. The living room opens onto a pleasant enclosed garden with a lovely terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, 2 sun loungers).

There is also a garage (used for bicycle storage) with a washing machine and freezer.
Parking is available for 3 cars on the property.
