Caja Villa – A relaxing interlude in Brétignolles-sur-Mer

Welcome to Caja Villa, a charming holiday villa located in a quiet and pleasant environment, just 500 meters from the city center and 2.5 km from the beaches, easily accessible by bike paths.

The shops, the covered market and the market are within walking distance in just 500 metres, allowing you to easily enjoy the local products and the liveliness of the downtown. For more comfort during your shopping, a trolley on wheels is at your disposal.

The nearest beach is 2.5 km away, easily accessible by bike thanks to the safe cycle paths that serve the seaside resort.

Enjoy a large outdoor space designed for a friendly holiday with family or friends. The fully equipped pool house has a real summer kitchen with barbecue, plancha, fridge, dishwasher and all the crockery you need to take your meals on site without having to go back and forth with the house. To liven up your days and evenings, you will also find a table football, a petanque court and a table tennis table.

The heated swimming pool is accessible from mid-May to the end of September. It is secured by a bar cover that complies with safety standards.

The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, a convivial dining room and a bright living room opening onto a terrace with a view of the swimming pool. A mezzanine converted into a play area will delight children.

Capacity: up to 10 people

The night part consists of:

One bedroom with double bed.
A bedroom with a mezzanine bed (120 cm) and two single beds.
A third bedroom with double bed.
A fourth bedroom with double bed.
A master suite with dressing room, private shower room and separate toilet.

Note: the fourth bedroom is adjoining and allows access to the master suite. This configuration is particularly suitable for families wishing to stay nearby.

All bedrooms have a dressing room or storage space.

All about the outdoor space

Family and friends holiday in August. Outdoor space was the highlight for us, kitchen, lounge area and pool. Brétignolles is a short walk away with decent restaurants and cafes. Sea slightly further but still worth a visit.

We were a family of 5 with 3 kids ages 11,8&4 plus 2 grandparents. We timed our visit with a heatwave and Caja Villa was just perfect. It was so well stocked with everything we could have needed. The pool and pool area were a godsend in the heat and the kids had a wonderful time playing in the large garden (pétanque, table tennis, table football). The owner and host were both easy to communicate with and really helpful. The layout of the house was also great with bedrooms at one end and living area at the other. With young kids they could get up early and not disturb others who were sleeping. The location was great and the town was lovely. We unfortunately needed to use the medical centre but it was a great experience and the cycle to the bakery at Place des Halles each morning was a joy. It was very quiet and peaceful location and felt very secure with the big gates and long gravel drive. We would definitely recommend Caja Villa and the kids are keen to return already!
