My room was showed "occupied" in the booking system when checking in. Not ideal when checking in at 23:00 - it took almost 20 minutes to resolve the problem. I bought something from the bar when waiting - but was not offered anything. In general the hotel staff could be a little more "attentive", I waited many times when I tried to order something from the bar - and refill of breakfast items was very slow..The hotel standard is generally good - but location not very central (but close to the airport)

I stayed two nights at the property in question. The hotel's added value lies in its staff: extremely courteous and very welcoming. The rooms are clean and modern. On the first night, I stayed in a ground-floor room that had a sliding door, which was not very practical for separating the room from the bathroom. On the second night, the room was on an upper floor and decidedly more comfortable. The rooms are very small by American standards and lack a proper surface for suitcases. The temperatures are generally quite low, with limited options for adjusting the thermostat, which was locked. Additionally, in the room from the first night, the thermostat was positioned perpendicular to the radiator. I was told that the low temperatures are due to the country's energy policies, and I wonder how much this matters to tourists or people just passing through France.

En apparence un établissement plutôt chic mais pour le bon genre il faudra attendre des améliorations. Cela commence dès l'entrée. Il n'y a plus forcément d'accueil mais des bornes automatiques qui vous attendent. Vous devez rentrer, soit votre nom, votre numéro de téléphone ou scanner le QR code pour pouvoir avoir accès à votre badge de chambre. Malheureusement cela ne fonctionnait pas. Il a fallu attendre qu'une personne vienne me rejoindre pour me communiquer la clé de ma chambre. Ensuite il faut traverser du moins pour l'aile dans laquelle je me trouvais la salle à manger qui sert aussi pour les petits déjeuners, autant à l'heure que je suis arrivé, ça allait autant le lendemain matin. Vous passez devant tout le monde avec votre valise, je trouve ça un petit peu dérangeant pour les personnes qui déjeune. La chambre est agréable spacieuse et bien équipée. En revanche, il manquait le distributeur de shampoing gel douche dans ma salle de bain. Et un petit peu surpris de voir que dans le mur il y avait un trou qui a été rebouché avec un bloc eau en metal qui ne tient pas vraiment ... Pour ce qui est de la vue et bien elle donne pile poil en face de l'autre bâtiment, ce qui fait que vous n'en avez pas... Il est indiqué sur le côté de la fenêtre que la fenêtre est verrouillée par sécurité, mais là ce n'était pas le cas non plus. Bref, des améliorations à apporter pour cet établissement qui pour le coup n'apporte pas satisfaction contenu du prix de la chambre. Un peu déçu

JUSTE POUR DORMIR

Accueil du personnel pas agréable. Ils indiquent Hôtel avec Piscine, Sauna etc ; mais ces accès sont payants en plus de votre réservation de chambre ;et pour le prix de 25 €, ce qui n'est pas rien. C'est dommage ! Dans les chambres, aucun savon pour les mains. Très limités. Vous y aller pour dormir et rien d'autres, sinon tout est payant en sipplément.
