In the heart of the village of Etrez, 4.5 km from Montrevel en Bresse and 20 km from Bourg en Bresse, this single storey cottage (83 m²) can accommodate up to 6 people with its two bedrooms. Through a private entrance to the gîte, and in the extension of the owners' house, the main entrance to the gîte opens onto an equipped and functional kitchen, opening onto a large, very bright living room with sleeping arrangements for one person. From the kitchen, a corridor gives access to a separate toilet, a laundry area, a walk-in shower room and two bedrooms. The first bedroom, in pink and blue colors, is made up of two 90 * 200 beds which can be joined together according to your needs or your desires; the second bedroom, parental bedroom, where taupe and gray dominate, is designed for three people: a 140 * 200 bed and a 90 * 200 bed. This bedroom has its own Italian-style bathroom with its integrated toilet. Gas heating. For the pleasure of adults or children, the owners' swimming pool is made available to you under certain conditions. Many hiking trails (6 to 21 km) and mountain biking (6 to 43 km) departing from the Plaine Tonique leisure center in Montrevel en Bresse. Also to discover Bourg en Bresse and its architecture, the Bressanes farms and their Saracen chimneys ....
