Room and reception were at two different locations due to which one and half hour was wasted. Blanket was smelly, bath cabin doors are too risky to open as those are nit okay.

Convenient and well situated

Easy to check in - you must read terms and conditions as you have to check in at the Hotel Cristallo (30 secs walk). Right opposite the Brescia train station and well connected to the Metropolitana. 10 mins walk from Piazza Vittoria / Duomo / Loggia. Clean hotel, nice living area, friendly staff. Only downside is the area becomes a little dodgey at night - though I have visited Brescia for the past 4 years and have had no bad experiences in the area.

In front of the station hotel

Here was a bit difficult hotel. It located just in front of hotel but could not open the door. I was waiting there and hotel staff talked to me. The way to check in is a bit complicated. Inside the room was clean and enough good. But this time at night the surrounding was very noisy. I know this is not hotel's fault but was hard to sleep.

Disappointed

No one there to let you in or give you the three different codes to get into room Called phone number and got some non English speaker telling me to go down the street to a taxi stand. I did that and then heard someone yell my name. Limbed up two floors to s different hotel desk he gave me the codes. If I had arrived after dark this would have been impossible.
