The room and guest service were excellent in all regards. Got off on a shaky foot when staff mistakenly checked me into a room with incomplete renovation in progress. Wonderful location, staff and room. I travel often and would stay again. Beautiful, charming older building with character. Only one hiccup (the staff loved their heating). I walked in and it was about 85F. The towel warmer was broken and heated the entire room. Slept with window open so all good. They tried to fix it however I only stayed 2 nights. This didn't hurt my review because staff was so nice to help. Again great location and room.

Good location in the middle of old town, but street outside was very noisy on the weekend with music all night long, ok on weekdays. The room was nice and we had a really nice view, but it was cold and the bed was very hard. Breakfast was mostly sweet stuff. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful!

A perfect spot in the very centre of Brescia. Comfortable and convenient. Breakfast fine. All staff helpful and welcoming.
