Nestled in the quiet hills of Lake Garda, this independent apartment in a semi-detached villa offers a private and relaxing getaway. The property boasts a breathtaking view of Lake Garda, overlooking our seasonal swimming pool and hot tub—perfect for enjoying unforgettable sunsets—
The garden is laid out on terraces, a charming and typical feature of the local hilly landscape that offers unique panoramic views.
Please note for families: due to the natural terraced and unfenced layout of the outdoor space, constant supervision of children is required. It is ideal for families with older children or couples seeking peace and privacy.
However, to accommodate guests traveling with infants, we are happy to provide a baby cot and high chair upon request.
The villa is divided into two 120-square-meter apartments, each with its own independent entrance to guarantee your complete privacy.
Our guest apartment is located on the upper floor and features high-quality cherry wood and cream-toned furniture (DD Doimo design) throughout, enhanced by refined original art pieces and prints, which create a timeless and elegant atmosphere. The living area includes two comfortable down-filled sofas, a 55" Smart TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the sleeping quarters include two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and two bathrooms.
You’ll love the two large covered terraces featuring spectacular lake views and direct access to the private garden, equipped with a BBQ and hot tub Jacuzzi.
The pool deck is finished with premium natural, untreated Siberian larch wood and raw local Garda marble.

Please rinse off before entering;
No sunscreen or oil in the hot tub;
Clean feet are required to prevent dirt and algae;
Adults are kindly asked not to bring glass objects into the hot tub, as they could scratch the interior and cause irreversible damage.
Please note that the hot tub is a high-value appliance worth € 16.000,00-
Misuse resulting in a full 600-liter water change, filter replacement, or extraordinary maintenance will incur a €100 fee.
