Außenanlage war gepflegt,in der Unterkunft gibt es einen Investitionsstau. Dusche tropft,Bettgiebel blättert ab - hat man Früh teilweise im Gesicht,Badtür ist aufgequollen,eine Gästekarte gibt es nicht. Die Lage ist sehr gut,5 Minuten zum See

Nous avons loué le même petit appartement que l'année dernière. Mais cette année, nous y avons découvert bien des désagréments : une brosse à wc très sale, une literie en très mauvais état, des draps très usés qui doivent être utilisés depuis 50 ans au moins, une douche vétuste qui empêche l'eau de couler normalement, des tâches de graisse sur la terrasse. Dommage ! Car nous aimons son emplacement. Proche du lac.

Sehr schöne Terrasse

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne geräumige Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Wenn die Sträucher / Bäume etwas niedriger gewesen wären, hätten wir einen sensationellen Blick gehabt. Die Ausstattung des Appartments war gut - es war alles vorhanden!

Ferienunterkunft Casa Maria

Insgesamt waren wir mit der Unterkunft bedingt zufrieden, da sie unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt hat (nur Übernachtungen). Die verantwortliche war hilfsbereit und hat geholfen, wenn es ein Problem gab. Dies allerdings nur un einem Zeitfenster morgens von 08.00 - 10.00 Uhr und nachmittags von 16.00 - 18.00 Uhr. Die Unterkunft ist allersings in die Jahre gekommen, und muss dringend saniert werden. Vor allem die sanitären Anlagen.

Liegt zentral mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Ein familiär geführtes Hotel. Die Appartements sind einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Bar und Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Parkplätze am Haus Wir kommen gerne wieder

Tolle Unterkunft für ihren Preis

Wundervolle Aussicht vom Balkon direkt auf den See. Dieser ist auch innerhalb von 3min zu Fuß erreichbar, auch eine Busstation liegt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer ist klein aber ausreichend. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, kein Toilettenpapier, Spüli, Schwamm, Müllbeutel, dafür gute Töpfe und scharfe Messer. Die Unterkunft ist günstig, dafür muss man beim Check-out noch Extra für Handtücher und Reinigung zahlen (dies war aber vorher bekannt). Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft für ihren Preis!

Schöne Lage, tolle Aussicht, reizende Gastgeber

Die Casa Maria liegt herrlich etwas am Berg mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf den See, dennoch ist man in 5 Min am Strand. Familiär und mit viel Liebe geführtes Haus, die Apartments sind einfach aber haben alles was man für schöne Ferien braucht. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Super Parkplätze, am See nie zu verachten, und die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, so dass man sein Auto nach Ankunft eigentlich nicht mehr bewegen muss. Ornella und ihre Familie sind sehr herzliche und zugewandte Gastgeber.

Zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Toller Brötchenservice. Der viele „Staub“ in den Ecken war nicht so toll. Der Inhalt der Besteckschublade könnte teilweise (Unbrauchbares) vom Flohmarkt stammen.

Das Appartement war klein aber schöne Terrasse vorhanden

Der Blick von der Terrasse war wunderschön und zum Glück gab es auch eine Markise und Fenster und Türläden, denn es war sehr heiß. Die Einrichtung war wegen der Größe zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Gestört hat uns der Lärm von der Straße, es war mit unter sehr laut.
