Very uncomfortable.

The staff and front desk were very nice; however, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I didn't get any sleep all night. I asked for the manager to call me, and stated that I didn't want a refund but I wanted him to know that the mattress in that room needed to be changed. He never called.

The room was stale and musty smelling. It was hot when we arrived and barely cooled by end of stay. The hotel staff was very pleasant on arrival, and even when we complained about the odor and heat, the personnel was very nice and accommodating to the extent that she could handle the problem. We won’t stay there again because of the physical conditions. Wish we could say we would because of the nice people there.

Had a bad stinky carpet smell in the room. Sprayed my cologne to mask it. Pool light never turned on during the evening either. Staff were nice and accommodating.

The hotel and rooms smelled like mold & mildew. The bedsheets and were damp from the humidity as well as our clothing for the few hours we were away. There was mold in the restroom.

Quick trip to watch our grands show their cattle.

Our check-in experience was great. Shelly was friendly and quick. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only down side was the strong smell that hit us as soon as we walked in our room. I am quite allergic to a variety of scents and was worried until we found a plug in air freshener. I took an extra allergy pill, we unplugged it and left the room for several hours. It was much better upon our return. As a note to management, please do not use these! Some people are even more sensitive than I am. This was the only exception to a great stay.

Good room at a good rate

WiFi was sporadic, so if you need it for work, it is a no-go. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, but best of all, (for me anyway) they had biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Have stayed before, and would stay again.

Great value

Excellent customer service, quick check in, excellent bang fir your buck. I wish the a/c worked a little better and there was a little more selection of breakfast but other than that it was an excellent value !
