We were out there on a official visit for my daughter. Soon as I walk at the front desk the young man I think his name was Joshua he was a PVU student. He greeted me with a smile and I asked him about prairie view as I checked in. He went above and beyond to tell me everything about the school the area the hotel amenities and everything that I could have asked him, he answered.. His service level is on 1000!! Excellent employee give that man a raise!!!

I booked a King Suite and was given a Double Queen room instead. I went back down to the desk to let them know that this isn’t the room that I booked and I was told that since I booked through a third party I was only “guaranteed a room”. I spoke with two agents from Hotels.com and was told there was nothing that they could do on their end. It was frustrating paying for something that I didn’t receive. The lady at the desk didn’t even tell me that the room I booked was unavailable when she took payment.

It wasnt the staff or rather the lack of staff. I have never seen a place of business not have at least one supervisor with a worker. It took 45 minutes to get checked in and to get a room and not because of the one staff member on duty but the fact that a fight almost broke out in front of us, people were given wrong room keys and the system was down. The one staff member was very polite and professional and did his very best so I do not blame him, I blame the carelessness of the management or lack thereof, to leave one sole employee to run the whole hotel at night. We will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

The guy working the counter sent one of my guys with us to his room and when he got to the room he was told was his a nake gentleman came out of the room cursing saying that this was the second time in the same evening that someone was assigned to his room and came in on him and he then threatened us. There were also 7... yes 7 vehicles broken into that night with extensive damage and theft to each. Will absolutely NEVER stay here again. Facility was ok, but upon arrival we were told our king suite was given to someone else, even though we had our reservation for 2 weeks. We had to stay in a 2 queen room with no sofa, were not offered any explanation, sympathy, or reimbursment. Also, we had to ask twice for towels and toilet paper.

We really enjoyed it. The only thing I was disappointed in was there was no chair to sit in. And the sheets didn’t really fit the bed, but the bed was very comfortable. People at the front desk were exceptionally nice.

Pre honeymoon

My husband and I had a wonderful experience! The bathroom was absolutely stunning, and the bed was very cozy! The reason I gave 4 stars is for personal reasons. My husband checks every hotel or motel room we stay in to ensure there are no cameras or devices, because unfortunately, you never truly know what to expect these days. I didn’t particularly like how the front desk manager handled the situation when my husband accidentally triggered the fire alarm. I feel like she could have managed that much more professionally. Aside from that, our stay was absolutely fantastic!
