It was a good stay. The staff were great. It has an indoor pool, and some free breakfast options. Very comfortable. Great cable selection, the little refrigerator worked well. The flower beds out front were beautiful. I garden, and they were really well done ...an eye catcher. I stay here fairly often and it's always a good stay. If anything is needed they take care of it quickly.

Check in staff was very friendly, breakfast had much to be wanting. Room needed repair, water damage, smelled. Morning staff was not seen; somebody came in wearing shorts and a T-shirt periodically from walking outside and messed around behind the desk and then went back outside walking more.

The staff was very helpful when I called about checking in late and about the parking. They had parking available for my husband's truck and trailer. Our room was clean. We did not use the pool or eat breakfast but they were available. We were pleased with the hotel.

We weren't there for the amenities, we just wanted a good night's sleep, but we have no complaints. I do wish I had mentioned to my husband that they have a swimming pool because I know he would have brought swim trunks if he knew bout it.

Our family stayed at America’s Best Value Inn on our way to Bryan Texas. The Inn was A bit of a hit-or-miss stay. The highlights were definitely the clean towels and the beer bathtub, which felt brand new. Unfortunately, the sleeping area didn't match that quality—the decor is dated and the linens have seen better days. Also, travelers looking for a hearty breakfast should be aware that the continental offering is very basic and lacks protein options (aside from milk). Good for a night, but needs some refreshing."

There were electrical problems, so breakfast was very limited. In honesty, the place was not that clean, so I really did not want to eat there. The furniture badly needed replacing because it was all scarred up and so old. We will not stay there again.

The shower head did not work properly, called for maintenance and was told he could not fix it. The bathtub drain was extremely slow. The room seemed extremely damp. Even clean clothes we kept in our cases were damp when we got home. Breakfast bar is sad!!

Room smelled, dirty wash cloths left in room. Carpet was thin and the carpet tacks were exposed. I had to leave a $100 deposit that will take a week to be returned to my account. Run down room, I didn't eat breakfast but the coffee was good. I will not stay there again.

My room smelled so bad I couldn’t sleep. Smelled like rotting mushrooms. I’m not very picky and wasn’t expecting much but the smell was so moldy and for the price I was charged I would recommend staying somewhere else.
