Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist optimal. In nur 30 Minuten ist man tu Fuss am Hafen und hat alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in nur 10 fußläufig erreichbar.Leider ist der Zustand der Wohnung aufgrund Sauberkeit und Funktionalität nicht zu empfehlen. Es fehlen bzw funktionieren Lampen in Flur und Bad nicht. Schimmel im Bad an wand, Fliesen und Duschvorhang. Geräte wurden provisorisch mit Verteilungskabeln verbunden. Quer über die Wand teilweise. Die Küche ist durch Wasserschaden gezeichnet. Backofen ist unsauber, Kaffeemaschine läuft aus, Besteck teilweise kaum vorhanden. Kühlschranklicht defekt. Betten waren sauber. Staubsauger war defekt.
