Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal und wirklich zentral. Hauptbahnhof und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig oder mit der Straßenbahn gut zu erreichen. Es gibt viele Cafés, Restaurants und auch Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Umgebung . Die Wohnung an sich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Einrichtung kann man schwerlich als stylisch bezeichnen. Teils schwere alte Möbel ohne Inhalt oder auch ziemlich billig. Das obere Schlafzimmer kann man eigentlich nicht als Zimmer betrachten. Ins Bett muss man eigentlich kriechen so niedrig sind die Decken. Wer nicht gerne enge Treppen steigt sollte diese Wohnung nicht mieten. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr dürftig. Es fehlt an simplen Sachen wie Brotmesser, Kochlöffel und auch ein Wasserkocher wäre schön. Den Toaster kann man auch entsorgen denn er riecht bei Gebrauch nach altem, verbrannten Staub. Leider hat der Vermieter von Anfang an überhaupt nicht auf schriftliche Anfragen reagiert. Der WLAN Schlüssel war nicht aktuell und meine Bitte um ein zweites Laken da wir getrennt geschlafen haben wurde ebenfalls nicht beantwortet. Hier ist noch eine Menge Luft nach oben! Die Betten an sich waren bequem und die Matratzen auch in Ordnung.
