Welcome to the Lauenburg Lake District. This vacation home is located in the village of Breitenfelde, which has about 2,000 residents and features shopping, a bakery, a gas station, farm stands, banks, and restaurants—offering a relaxing stay for families, tradespeople, or travelers passing through.

This detached house, measuring about 90 square meters, accommodates up to 6 people and is entirely at your disposal. The extensive and modern amenities provide plenty of comfort. In the large, cozy living/dining area, you can feel right at home and spend time together. The property features a garden and two terraces with a charcoal grill and comfortable furniture.

There are up to two parking spaces in the courtyard, and parking is also available on the traffic-calmed 30-km/h street.

Breitenfelde is well connected to the metropolitan areas of Hamburg and Lübeck. The 8700 express bus goes directly to Hamburg-Wandsbek, and from there, the entire city can be reached by public transportation. Hamburg and Lübeck are about a 30-minute drive away. It takes about 45 minutes to reach the Baltic Sea. The price of 120 € is for 4 people. An additional 20 € is charged for each of the fifth and sixth guests.

Ausstattung recht gut, leider hatten Vormieter ldreckiges Geschirr in die Schränke gestellt! Eine Toilette im Dachgeschoss würde den Komfort noch verbessern und eine Überarbeitung der steilen und knarrenden Treppe wäre von Vorteil!
