La Tesselle - Bregnier Cordon

In the heart of the village, and in a dead end, the gîte La Tesselle, is a bright gîte, which has been completely renovated to offer you accommodation for 6 people with its 4 bedrooms. The entrance is through the private courtyard to the gîte, which leads to the main door, with access to an entrance hall with opening onto the equipped, functional kitchen and its dining area, a large relaxation lounge, a bathroom of water with bath, shower and integrated toilet, a separate toilet and a laundry room. From the hall, a beautiful wooden staircase brought up to date leads you to the four bedrooms on offer: three bedrooms each with a 140*190 bed and a bedroom with two 90*200 beds. The cottage combines the charm of the old with touches of current decoration, a soft mix of wood between the parquet floor and the beams. In front of the gîte, take the time to discover the annex with its covered terrace, the bridge which spans the small river with the soft sounds of small frogs. The advantage of this cottage: four bedrooms are available but within the mandatory limit of 6 people, on your arrival, the beds are prepared, the bathroom linen and the charges are included. An animal is accepted with a deposit check (100 €) and you can take advantage of the availability of Netflix. The owners offer bicycles to help you better discover their region and to ride along the Rhône, on the Via-Rhôna. We sincerely hope that you will feel good in our lovingly restored family home.
