Our bright and friendly furnished apartment, Stella Fiante is approx. 50 m² in size and is located in the newly built apartment complex Bella Casa on the 1st Floor.

The apartment offers a lot of comfort and can be easily reached from our underground parking space without steps using the hotel's own elevator.
On our south-facing balcony you can already enjoy the first warm rays of the sun in the spring in a beach chair.
In front of the windows and in front of the balcony door there are mosquito nets to protect against insects.

A children's travel bed is available free of charge for our younger guests. In our living room there is a fold-out sofa for sleeping the 3. Person, or 2 children.
Small dogs on request. You will be charged € 5.00 per day.

After only 80 meters you will reach the 9 km long sandy beach. An ideal starting point for your hikes.
In the immediate vicinity there are various restaurants with delicious fish specialties to choose from.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und täglich lange Spaziergänge am Strand durchgeführt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Gerne wieder.

5 Tage Kurztrip

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung. Sehr gute Ausstattung! Einzig die Bauarbeiten von 07:15 Uhr bis zum Nachmittag haben es unzumutbar gemacht Zeit auf der Terrasse zu genießen. Aber das ist ja auch kein Dauerzustand und daher war es nur für uns Pech. Sehr nette Vermieter, die prompt antworten und gut erreichbar waren!

Wohnung und Umgebung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, die vor Ort angetroffene Wohnung war so wie beschrieben. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war ausreichend, unter dem Sofa, was als Schlaf Möglichkeit genutz wurde, war etwas mehr Staub. Dieser wurde beim aufklappen aufgewirbeld. Zufahrt und Tiefgaragen Stellplatz waren ohne Probleme zu nutze. Für Frau und Kind Gepäck war der Aufzug ein segen. Die Gelateria Sirolo ist für Allergiker geeignet, es wurden ca.9 Milchfreie Sorten vorgehalten, geschmacklich sehr lecker. Die Strandnähe ist prima zu Fuß zu erreichen, gute 5 Minuten mit Kind und Kegel. Spielplatz und Park konnten auch zügig zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Diese Ferienwohnung? Jederzeit wieder !!!

Bereits die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, sowie die Schlüsselübergabe waren angenehm und völlig problemlos. Die Wohnung selbst und auch der Balkon, laden zum entspannen ein. Die Sauberkeit ist lobenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben uns sofort in der tollen Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es ist an alles gedacht, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht. Juliusruh kannten wir schon von früheren Aufenthalten und es war wieder sehr schön.

Ruhige Vorsaison

Wir haben Ruhe gesucht und Ruhe gefunden. Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Fewo. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Kleiner Hinweis an den Eigentümer des Hauses. Es wäre gut bei der Ausfahrt einen Zwangspfeil nach rechts anzubringen. Es ist Einbahnstraße und wir sind im Urkaubsmodus in die falsche Richtung gefahren 😉 ist zum Glück nix passiert.

Wer Entspannung und Entschleunigung in der heutigen doch sehr stressigen Zeit sucht, ist in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung gut untergebracht. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, der weitläufige Strand mit seiner Promenade lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Wie es in der Ferienzeit ist wissen wir nicht, da wir außerhalb der Saison Urlaub machen.

Die Wohnung ist in einem tadellosen Zustand und überaus umfangreich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Insbesondere die Küchenausstattung lässt für den Urlaub keine Wünsche offen. Liebe Familie Günther, wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Dezent und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und nicht zu überladen.
