Funktional, next to the sea!

The apartment was functional, a great playroom and nice and big! Access through the restaurant was a bit of difficult. The vacuum cleaner did not work!

Nicht genug Küchen Utensilien

Die Wohnung war schön mit ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen, jedoch nicht sehr sauber. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon waren voller Spinnweben. In der Küche nicht genug Wassergläser, keine großen Kaffeetassen und auch kein Nudelsieb. Der Staubsauger war voll und saugte daher nicht. Die Lage ist für einen Strandurlaub perfekt. Der Ort Bredene hat ansonsten nicht viel zu bieten.

Ferienwohnung Alaska

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist mittlerweile auch ohne ein Durchqueren des Restaurants direkt von der Strasse möglich. Die Wohnung ist neu und modern eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Einzig das Bad im unteren Bereich roch modrig/schimmelig und wurde von uns nur zum Händewaschen und als Toilette genutzt. Dafür ist das Bad im OG Top! In der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden, lediglich eine Schere haben wir vermisst.

Très bon séjour

Un très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement, spacieux et bien placé. Proche de la mer et calme. Correspond parfaitement aux photos. Propre à l'arrivée cependant un seul aspirateur pour le nettoyage durant le séjour et celui ci était dans un état déplorable (complètement plein et très très sale) et pas de balai à disposition. Quelques éclairages défectueux et un store dans la chambre double qui ne s'ouvrait pas. Globalement bien équipé, lits spacieux et confortables, grand canapé.. Je recommande!

Der Eingangsbereich durch das Restaurant war sehr schlecht und umständlich. Ansonsten war die Ferienwohnung bis auf ein paar Mängel wie z. B. Rolladenband und ein paar Steckdosen defekt, Staubsauger fehlte, sehr schön und geräumig. Die Lage war perfekt.

Schöne zentrale Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und groß. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sehr freundlich. Der Zugang durch das Restaurant kein Problem. Die Treppe ist landesüblich sehr steil. Der obere Flur vor dem Eingang schlecht beleuchtet. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön. Leider kann man das untere Schlafzimmer nicht nutzen wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist. Genau vor dem Fenster liegen die extrem laute Belüftungsanlage des Restaurants. Ansonsten tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Parkplatz liegt gegenüber. WLAN mäßig

Nette Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und groß. Oben zwei Schlafzimmer. Unten ein Schlafzimmer, das man leider bei warmen Temperaturen nicht nutzen kann, beim Öffnen des Fensters ist es extrem laut, denn dort ist die Lüftungsanlage des Restaurants. Die Lage ist zentral. Parkplatz gegenüber. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr freundlich. Der Eingang durch das Restaurant ist kein Problem. Nur wenn jemand am Tisch in der Nähe zum Eingang sitzt, ist es etwas eng. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist wie in Belgien oftmals, sehr steil. Die Beleuchtung des Flurs oben könnte besser sein. Mäßiges WLAN

Sehr geräumige grosse Zimmer. Schön war das extra Spielzimmer für die Kids, da konnten sie rumtoben und ihre Spielsachen liegen lassen ohne das sie im Weg lagen. Es steht etwas wenig Besteck und Geschirr zur Verfügung für 6 Personen. Nicht so vorteilhaft ist, daß der Eingang der Wohnung im Restaurant liegt. Man muss mit allem an den Gästen vorbei. Manche haben ihren Sitzplatz an der Eingangstür zur Wohnung so das es sehr eng ist an Ihnen vorbei zu kommen.

Für eine gute Bewertung leider unzureichend

Unfertige Wohnung mit größeren Mängeln. Zugang zur Wohnung nur über ein Restaurant möglich. Hier sollte unbedingt über eine Lösung für Gäste des Apartments und Gäste des Restaurants nachgedacht werden. Offene Steckdosen, offene Lampen- sowas darf nicht sein! Kein Toilettenpapier in der Erstausstattung?! No go!! Lappen, Geschirrtuch und Spülmittel wären auch nicht schlecht für zukünftige bessere Bewertungen. Treppe in der Wohnung ohne Muttern bei den Schrauben?? Rollläden ohne Funktion Uswusw
