Welcome to our modernly furnished holiday home on Lake Bolmen in Småland. The house is situated in a quiet location on a 3,500 m² forest clearing and offers the perfect retreat for those who want to enjoy nature, tranquility, and proximity to the water. Lake Bolmen, with its swimming areas and small harbor, is just 150 meters away via a forest path.

The house offers approximately 80 m² of living space for up to 6 guests. Two terraces with morning and evening sun, a fire pit with firewood, a cozy wood-burning stove, and Wi-Fi ensure that you can spend relaxing days here in any season. Dogs are also welcome (max. 2).

Ideal for families, couples, and nature lovers

Families enjoy the large natural grounds, plenty of outdoor space, and the proximity to the lake. Couples will find peace, tranquility, and cozy evenings by the fireplace. The house is also attractive for anglers: Lake Bolmen is easily accessible, and a boat can be rented as an optional extra.

The ground floor comprises the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom.

Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms as well as an open gallery/reading nook.

Amenities for a relaxing holiday
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, making even longer stays comfortable. A washing machine is also provided. The living area with a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, especially on cooler days. Two terraces allow you to enjoy sun or shade, depending on the time of day.

Final cleaning: included in the host fee; the house should be left tidy upon departure.

Electricity: included from May to September; from October to April, electricity is charged according to consumption and meter readings.

Boat: optional extra for €140 per week, depending on the season; fuel not included.

Bed linen and towels: optional for €15 per person, or you are welcome to bring your own.
