Shadow Mountain Lodge - This spacious 4 bed, 4 bath house with 5th bonus room is just a quick 2 blocks from the shopping and dining of Main Street, is situated on a quiet residential block, and boasts sweeping mountain views! This home is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9. Additionally, with the Breck Free Ride bus stop just out the door, you will be able to get anywhere within Breckenridge in a few minutes or less.



The Space:

Sleeping: Bedroom 1 (upper level): (sleeps 2) King-size bed, Shared bathroom; Bedroom 2 (upper level): (sleeps 4), Two twin/twin Bunks, Attached bath – this bath will be shared with bedroom 1; Bedroom 3 (main level): (sleeps 2), Primary with king size bed, Attached bath, fireplace, and access to patio; Bedroom 4 (lower level): (sleeps 2), Queen-size bed, Attached bath; Extra Sleeping (lower level): (sleeps 4) Main level office area with queen size sleeper sofa; Media room with queen size sleeper sofa; Pack n' play. This is one of the BEST locations in Breckenridge! This home is located in the heart of Breckenridge Colorado with access to world class skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking and a nationally recognized arts district.



Getting Around:

A car is not needed as it is in the heart of town and walkable to everything in Breckenridge. The Quicksilver lift accessing Peak 9 is just a 7 minute walk from the house. Two minutes away you will find a shuttle stop with a bus which will take you to any base area (base 7, 8, or 9) or anywhere in town.

Great location, private street, walking distance of parks, the "Troll", downtown and hiking trails. The house was great - family friendly, barbecue grill, hot tub and pool table was great with the children!

Amazing View

This house worked out great for a bunch of skiers and snowboarders. You can walk to the Quicksilver lift, or take the shuttle to the beaver run lift and gondola. The shuttle pick up is right by the house. Plus all the restaurants and shops are within a short walk. The hot tub was awesome after a day on the slopes, and the view is amazing! Everything was super clean and there was plenty of extra bedding and towels. Would highly recommend! Thanks!

Great time on shadow mountain.

We had a great stay. Home is a short walk to peak 9 and Main Street, even with equipment, as well as to the blue or brown routes on the free Breck bus to the gondola. The home was awesome, plenty of room for our group of eleven, including 7 college Boyz. The management team was great to work with. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Fonda and team

End of summer break

The house in general looked clean but the carpet definitely needs to be replaced and the couch in the main room was very dirty. The house is very spacious and beds were not uncomfortable. Our biggest complaint was that there is no A/C. It was warm the days we were there and with no A/C the house was stuffy and hot. I looked back at the description and it doesn’t say anything about no A/C. Wish I would have known. The backyard view is beautiful.

Beautiful home close to everything

We loved staying at this amazing home. It was very comfortable for four adults and two teenagers. The outdoor space and hot tub were wonderful and the short path to Main Street made it easy to walk into town. Management was helpful and very responsive. Thank you!!

fall family vacation

We have a wonderful time staying at Shadow Mountain Lodge. There was plenty of space for our party of 5 and the views from the deck were amazing. The property is private but close to shops on Main Street and great hiking and biking. The property managers, JT and Fonda, were extremely responsive and helpful with questions or issues. The house was as advertised and we really appreciated how well stocked it was compared to many other properties we have stayed at over the years. There were some small issues with the dishwasher door opening and some window cranks, but they did not affect our rating of this exceptional house and property managers. We have already booked the house for a longer stay in 2021 because we liked it so much!
